How long do you take to deliver your products?
We strive to deliver our products within 7 working days. This can be done as we utilise FedEx for our deliveries.
What is your returns & exchanges policy?
This return or exchange procedure only applies to goods purchased from this website, monstertie.com
As we strive to provide excellent after-sales service, the return and exchange period for online purchases is set at 14 days from delivery, provided that the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging (if possible). Exchanges can be made if product is found to be unsuitable to the customer, provided that item condition is unused. Exchanges can be made for products above, below and equal to original item value. Refunds and top-ups will then be made accordingly.
To make a return or exchange please contact our customer care by sending an email to sales@monstertie.com. You will need your original credit card details and we will need to speak to the person who bought the item. If you are contacting us via e-mail, please include a telephone number for us to reach you.
Our customer service representative will give you a return authorization number, which must be included along with the items being returned, original packaging (if possible) name and telephone number of the person that placed the original order, and order number. We strongly recommend that you use registered post, recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery, retaining the receipt until you have received credit for your return.
We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods. A prompt refund will be issued once if the item is received and we have verified that the item is unused and its original condition. We will credit the card used for the original purchase at the original price. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer. Please note that the costs involved in returning an item will not be reimbursed. Postage or other return costs will be borne by the customer's except in the situation where the item dispatched was damaged or incorrect.
Are your products authentic?
We are a authorised distributor for all products and brands that we carry. We sell the same products online and in our retail stores.
Where are your retail stores located?
MonsterTie is founded and managed by Goldlink Technologies in Singapore. We currently have retail stores located in Takashimaya Singapore, and an upcoming store opening up in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Can i place a corporate order with monstertie?
Yes, we do have corporate order pricings. This however must require a minimum order of at least 50 pieces per accessory (i.e. 50 neckties or 50 pairs of cufflinks). Please do email us at sales@monstertie.com in order for us to help you with the corporate order enquiry.
